Making the decision to have Ulthera was not easy. I don’t think I would ever have plastic surgery. I wouldn’t want to take the time to recover and I have no interest in it. I wouldn’t want to be put under anesthesia by choice. That was never an option. So when I learned about Ulthera, I kept thinking, “Do I really want to spend the money? Am I that vain?” But my husband and a friend helped me with that and fortunately we were blessed to have the money. I had high expectations going in six months ago and I was not disappointed.
The Ulthera had an instant effect but it also improved every week over several months and other people noticed it more than I did since I saw myself in the mirror every day. It is surprising to me how much of an impact the Ulthera had on my life – especially life after breast cancer. You can see the difference in my eyes–that’s unbelievable. I don’t use nearly as much makeup because it goes on so smoothly now. I walk by a mirror and it jumps out at me—my skin is so much smoother, lifted, there’s definitely a dramatic improvement.
